Just wanted to drop a quick review after my monthly "tune up" with Dr. Zack and the Tina's. It is always a great experience. Years ago, i would only go see my Chiropractor when I tweaked something. It usually took several appointments to get back to normal. Now, I have a monthly cadence with Empower which helps me all along the way.
